X-men: First Class

X-men is continuing on the sequel with X-Men: First Class. X-men: First Class is taking the timeline to when they were teens. They known and upgraded their mutant powers. Charles Xavier, a telepath, and Raven, a shape-shifter, meet when they're about 9-years-old when Charles catches Raven stealing food from his family. Through the years they have lived with each other and have told each other about their powers. Erik and Charles meet when Charles stops Erik from killing his past enemy. Erik"Magneto" and Charles" Professor X" rounds up mutants to stop a greater foe. While in the process, one of their comrades gets killed from an ambush at their hideout. They choose to stop the foe from achieving great power and taking over the world. It was not based on a movie. I liked all the actors. I liked the directors work, but he could have made the story match up. He ends up paralyzed in a wheelchair at 19, but can walk when he's a old man. Get the story matched up. Costumes were amazing. My favorite character was Alex Summers because he could concentrate energy to become lasers out of his body. I give it 4 1/2 because of the story line up. Other than that the story and movie was terrific.

Dream House

The movie I will be writing about is Dream House. Dream House has a lot of suspense, drama and it makes you think and question about it. To me it was a good movie. Dream House is about a guy in his late 30's named Will Atenton moving into this creepy house. He doesn't know why but he gets the feeling that this house is wrong somehow. He discovers their was a murder of a wife and two little girls. He goes around asking why no one told him there was murder there. The family keeps seeing a strange character who they think is Peter Ward, the murderer. Will goes to the mental hospital to see what Peter Ward looks like and ask why he did what he did. Peter is always on camera because they believe he is highly dangerous. The warden shows Will one of his films of Peter and he discovers Peter is Will. Will just can't remember anything because the wife shot him in the back of his skull. So Will returns to the house looking for answers on why he still sees his family. Will recovers his memory by talking to his neighbor he knew when he was Peter. He finds out that one of his jealous co-workers hired a hit on him and his family. The hitman got ambushed by the husband and dropped his gun. So, the wife, with no energy, tries to take a shot at the hitman, but misses and shoots the husband. The hitman grabs the gun and kills the wife and kids. The htman comes back to the house and tries to kill the husband because he remembers and doesn't to go to jail. He knocked the neighbor and Will unconscience and tried to burn them with gas and a lighter. But the husband wakes and frees the neighbor. The jealous co-worker dies in the fire. I think the costumes and script was good. The ending could have been better by getting the neighbor and Will hooked up. My overall rating is a 4 out of 5. I liked the plot. The action scenes were good. The actors where phenomenal .
